it's about listening to hashem and to do torah, and to be attached to the commandments which means to be very close with torah and to have a good connection with torah and ur power with hashem.
In the prayer it says that thank you Hashem and our forefathers for letting us study the torah and for letting us receive the ten commandments . Also, for every evil to leave us. We also thank him for letting us get back our souls in the morning and making us wake up. Also that he is so kind to the people of Israel.
We are thanking Gd. It says what hashem does to help up. For ex, when we wake up in the morning, it is Gd that chooses to let us wake up. We are saying that hashem will always rescue us.
Saul Bendayan: Thank You HaShem for waking me up and guiding us towards the Torah. Don’t let evil things take over us. Thank You HaShem for giving kindness to the people of Israel.
Hashem helps us to understand and to learn torah. To let go of all the evil and bring in the good in ourselves.
